1. Eligibility for Refund
Customers may request a refund within 7 days of payment if:
- The Tax Company fails to initiate or provide the purchased service
- The Tax Company fails to complete the filing process due to internal reasons
- The requested service cannot be delivered due to operational limitations from our side
2. Situations Where Refund Will Not Be Provided
Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:
- Client fails to submit required documents
- Incorrect information provided by the client
- Government rejection due to eligibility issues
- Change of mind after service initiation
- Government fees already paid
- Application already filed with authorities
⚠️ Note: Government fees are non-refundable once paid to the department. Service fees may be eligible based on work completed.
3. Processing Time
Once a refund request is approved:
- Refund will be processed within 5–10 business days
- Refund will be issued through the original payment method
- Processing time may vary depending on banking systems
4. Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be issued if:
- Work has already been initiated
- Documentation processing has begun
- Third-party services have been utilized
- Government fees and statutory charges are non-refundable
The amount of partial refund will be determined based on the work completed at the time of request.

- Reason for refund
